On the first day, all students take part in a placement test which will determine their language level. The classes are multi-national to encourage constant use of the language.
The teachers are qualified and certified in teaching English to students as a foreign language. At the end of the programme students receive a Certificate of Attendance and an award ceremony is held for the most academically bright students.

In a stunning building which was formerly a baronial family home, the college’s high grade amenities spread across approximately 50 hectares of verdant parkland which also hide a 'Secret Garden.' The college is renowned for its ultramodern sports facilities as for its comprehensive equestrian centre with its own riding school.
The school has a new fully equipped centre offering the latest of electronic games, including iPads, Xboxes, PlayStation and more than 3000 computer games and DVDs for students to use.

York has been a strategically important city since Roman times! Today, the old city is inside a 4.8 km wall built on Roman foundations. The old town is a mix of many different architectural eras. A maze of alleyways stretch and intertwine, many of which were founded during Viking times. Approximately two hours on the fast intercity train from London will get you there.
Every year York attracts thousands of visitors from around the world, who come to admire its fine monuments, sights and historic buildings.
Accommodation: In recently renovated rooms with toilet and shower. Each room can sleep up to 4 students. In every floor there is a sitting area with a TV set and also a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms have a desk with chair and wardrobe with storage space for the students’ personal belongings.
The accommodation buildings are equipped with electronic lock while rooms and apartments lock with each student’s key to ensure the highest possible security.
Meal plan: The programme offers three meals daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the University restaurant. It’s self-service. On the day of the full-day excursion breakfast and dinner will be offered at the restaurant and lunch will be provided as packed.
A full and varied programme of sports, cultural and art activities takes place in the campus areas. This is another great opportunity for students to use the English language and also to have fun and get to know their peers from other countries. The social programme is organised by the staff of the organisation and includes sports, team games (quiz nights, disco parties and treasure hunt) and cultural outings so get ready to party & fun!
The programme rounds off with a full-day trip to Edinburgh or Liverpool and two visits to the city of York or Leeds per week.
