Thank you all for the trust you have shown us for another year! Our new programmes for summer 2025 along with the new prices will be announced soon!
On the first day, all students take part in a placement test which will determine their level. The classes are multi-national to encourage constant use of the language. The teachers are qualified and certified in teaching English to students as a foreign language. At the end of the programme students receive a Certificate of Attendance and an award ceremony is held for the most academically bright students. The educational programme is accredited and certified by reputable audit institutions of Great Britain.
The Paisley Campus of the University of West of Scotland (UWS) is located in the heart of Paisley just 2 minutes from the high street and ten minutes by train from Glasgow city centre. It has state-of-the-art facilities with a boarding school, classrooms and common recreation areas, thus giving students the opportunity meet students from all over the world and create unforgettable friendships! For the utmost safety of the students, there is staff available 24/7 in the building area as well as CCTV surveillance.
Situated on the outskirts of the city of Glasgow, the town of Paisley is one of Scotland’s most famous towns. It has a rich history and is famous for being the home of the Paisley Pattern – an iconic print worn by everyone from Queen Victoria to the Beatles. Paisley is also only 10 miles from Glasgow, one of Europe’s most cosmopolitan and vibrant cities.
Accommodation: In single en-suite rooms. The rooms have a desk with a chair and a wardrobe with storage space for the students’ personal belongings. The halls are in close proximity to other buildings on the campus. The accommodation buildings are equipped with electronic lock while rooms and apartments lock with each student’s key to ensure the highest possible security.
Meal plan: The programme offers three meals daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the University restaurant. It’s self-service. On the day of the full-day excursion breakfast and dinner will be offered at the restaurant and lunch will be provided as packed.
A full and varied programme of sports, cultural and art activities takes place in the campus areas. This is another great opportunity for students to use the English language and also to have fun and get to know their peers from other countries.
The social programme is organised by the staff of the organisation and includes sports, team games (quiz nights, disco parties and treasure hunt) and cultural outings so get ready to party & fun!
The program could not miss visits to Stirling & Loch Lomond, Glasgow as well as the lovely Edinburgh, where the students will get familiarised with the British culture and enjoy the beautiful sights that each city has to offer! Thanks to the excellent location of the campus, the program is also suitable for additional visits to the sights of the city and the surrounding areas!
