On the first day, all students take part in a placement test which will determine their language level. The classes are multi-national to encourage constant use of the language.
The teachers are qualified and certified in teaching German to students as a foreign language. At the end of the programme students receive a Certificate of Attendance and an award ceremony is held for the most academically bright students.
The educational programme is accredited and certified by reputable audit institutions of Germany.

West of the city center of Berlin, near the Olympic stadium and a metro-station. The summer school uses the campus of one of Berlin´s associations for young people. The campus includes on-site accommodation in modern guesthouses, classrooms, cafeteria with terrace and sports fields for streetball, soccer and an indoor sports hall.
You´ll find it easy to make new friends, the school is a perfect home base for venturing out into Berlin: It is located just west of the city center and and it won´t take you more than 20 minutes to get into the VERY heart of Berlin.
A city of contrasts is Berlin, modern and traditional. The Brandenburg Gate built in 1788, the Victory Column, the Red Town Hall, the church of Emperor Wilhelm, the Charlottenburg Palace with its English and French gardens, are but a few of the sights worth visiting. Experience exceptional moments at the Metropolis of Arts and pay visits to operas, theatres, galleries, the Museum of Pergamon, with its priceless treasures, and the modern Philharmonic building with its wavy roof. At Potsdamer Platz, you can see a remnant of the Berlin Wall, the demolition of which is a unique symbol of unification. Berlin has the largest area and population of any city in Germany.
The metropolis is characterized by its thirst for life. No day is the same as the previous one. Whoever leaves Berlin for even a few weeks, will on return discover remarkable happenings and unbelievable experimentations, not to mention new galleries, exhibitions and theatrical shows. Take a walk between Hackescher Market and Friedrichstrasse and you will come across more than 40 bars, cafés, trendy shops and galleries.
Rooms are two - three bedded en-suite. The rooms have a desk with chair and wardrobe with storage space for the students’ personal belongings. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Meal plan: The programme offers three meals daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the University restaurant. It’s self-service. On the day of the full-day excursion breakfast and dinner will be offered at the restaurant and lunch will be provided as packed.
A full and varied programme of sports, cultural and art activities takes place in the campus areas. This is another great opportunity for students to use the German language and also to have fun and get to know their peers from other countries. The social programme is organised by the staff of the organisation and includes sports, team games (quiz nights, disco parties and treasure hunt) and cultural outings so get ready to party & fun!
The programme rounds off with full-day excursions and half-day visits every week.
Due to the campus location, additional visits to the numerous attractions can be arranged on demand.
