Oxford Summer Courses offers a number of programmes for students who wish to enhance their knowledge in a particular field, allowing them to follow their field of interest or to try something new. Aimed at young boys and girls with a high level of English and the courses aim to provoke their thinking and extend the lesson outside the limits of a classroom. The College offers single or twin rooms with private or shared toilet/shower facilities. The rooms have a desk with chair and wardrobe with storage space for the students’ personal belongings. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sitting area where students can socialise in their free time.
Meal plan: The programme offers two meals daily (breakfast and dinner) at the University restaurant. It’s self-service.
A full and varied programme of sports, cultural and art activities takes place in the campus areas. This is another great opportunity for students to use the English language and also to have fun and get to know their peers from other countries. The social programme is organised by the staff of the organisation and includes sports, team games (quiz nights, disco parties and treasure hunt) and cultural outings so get ready to party & fun!
The programme rounds off with three full-day trips during the 2 weeks' programme to places such as London, Warwick Castle, Windsor Castle or Bath.
Due to the campus location, additional visits to the numerous attractions can be arranged on demand.
