Exam Preparation English includes 20 hours of lessons per week.
The program is a preparation for an internationally recognized qualification.PET, KET, FCE AND CAE are offered based on the group's age and English level.
Academic IELTS are also available.Students have the option to take the exam as part of the course depending on the dates with an extra cost. They also have the option to combine General English and exam preparation.
Stafford House was founded in 1952 and is a truly international college, with students from all over the world. It is renowned for the quality of it tuition and congenial atmosphere!
The college is in walking distance from the town centre and open all year round, providing language courses to youngsters and adults alike. The classrooms, lounges and library are located in two separate buildings within five minutes’ walk from each other. Between these are the residences with their private gardens and the restaurant.
Also within walking distance there are a gymnasium, swimming pool and a number of tennis courts.

Students choose either a family to stay during their course or comfortable residence minutes from the school.
During summer period the residence is within Stafford House school
Hot lunch and dinner in school's canteen is available from Monday to Friday.
Wi-fi is available
Afternoon project work in Canterbury city centre and visits to places of historic interest are available.
There is also a full day excursion to London and guided walking tour of Canterbury including the Cathedral.
The activities include 1 sports afternoon, 2 project afternoons and 3 social evenings.
Shuttle bus to/from school is provided each day.
