On the first day, all students take part in a placement test which will divide them in the appropriate level. The teachers are qualified and certified in teaching Italian to students as a foreign language. Classes can be held both in the classroom and in the outdoor area of the campus!

Linguaviva Summer School for Juniors in Lignano - Information about the school
Operating since 1995, Linguaviva Lignano is one of the first international Junior Summer Camps in Italy, and it is situated in a pleasant residential village, Villagio Adriatico. It has an extensive pinewood park, which makes it the perfect setting for outdoor classes. The Junior Centre is fully equipped with dining, common leisure and activity rooms, as well as a private beach! Moreover, there are plenty sport facilities, such as swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, soccer and tennis courts! The program is rich in activities and offers a full day excursion every week! It is worth mentioning that the campus is also close to a train station! It offers 24/7 supervision by the campus staff and a nursing station with a doctor in attendance 24 hours a day to deal with any medical problem.

Lignano is one of the most popular holiday resorts on the Adriatic Sea, between Venice and Trieste. It is divided into 3 areas: the historic centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro, the wooded oasis of Lignano Pineta and the relaxed Lignano Riviera. During summer, the town is exciting, as visitors can spend their time trying water sports, exploring theme parks, playing golf and relaxing on the beach, which is 8 km long! The area is perfect for extreme sports enthusiasts, such as kitesurfing, parasailing and windsurfing! It is worth a walk to the dock on the northern part of the peninsula, where one can enjoy a panoramic view of the nearby Isola Marinetta and the Marano lagoon.
Accommodation, Linguaviva Summer School for Juniors in Lignano
Accommodation: Students are divided into rooms according to age, gender and nationality. Rooms include 3-4 beds with private bathrooms and are cleaned on a daily basis. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly.

Meal plan: the programme offers 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and dessert daily at the University's self-service restaurant.On the day of the full-day excursion breakfast and dinner will be offered at the restaurant and lunch will be provided as packed lunch.

Entertainment at Linguaviva Summer School for Juniors in Lignano
A full and varied program of sports, cultural and art activities takes place in the campus areas. This is a great opportunity for students to use the German language and also have fun and get to know their peers from other countries. The social programme is organised by the staff of the organisation and includes sports, team games and cultural outings so get ready to party & fun!
The programme rounds off with a full-day excursion in Venice, Verona, Gardaland or Trieste!
